Permitted uses of the Site and content on the Site
You may view the Site using your web browser and save an electronic copy, or print out a paper copy, of parts of the Site solely for your own personal use, information, research or study.
You must not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, frame, download onto a computer, upload to a third party, post, transmit or distribute any content on the Site in any way except as expressly provided for in these terms or with the express written consent of ASX. You must not use any illustrations, photographs, videos or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on the Site must always be acknowledged.
Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- use the Site or any content on the Site in any manner or for any purpose which is unlawful or in any manner which violates any of our rights or which is prohibited by these terms;
- use any part of the content on the Site for a commercial purpose without the express written consent of ASX (use of the content on the Site for a commercial purpose is any use other than accessing and using the content for your own personal and private decision making);
- use any part of the content on the Site to establish, maintain or provide, or assist in establishing, maintaining or providing a stock market for trading in securities;

- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt any parts of the Site, the server on which the Site is stored or any server computer or database connected to the Site;
- attack the Site via a denial-of-service or a distributed denial-of-service attack; or
- otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site.
In the event of any breach by you of the above prohibitions on use of the Site, your right to use the Site will cease immediately. We may report any of the above activities to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will cooperate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them.
Availability of the Site and content
We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will always be available and/or uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw the availability of all or any part of the Site at our discretion for business and operational reasons.
Price information provided on the Site is generally delayed by at least 20 minutes. Other information presented on the Site may be delayed by more than 20 minutes.
To the extent permitted by law, ASX expressly disclaims any responsibility or legal liability to anyone whatsoever for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive loss or damage caused by or in connection with your use of the Site and any information or content on the Site, or caused by or in connection with your inability to access the Site at any time or to access any information or content on the Site at any time.
Market Announcements
Announcements submitted by listed entities to ASX and made available on or through the Site (“Market Announcements”) are the sole responsibility and intellectual property of the person or entity that has submitted the announcement for publication. ASX has no control over the content of Market Announcements. To the extent permitted by law, ASX expressly disclaims any responsibility or legal liability to anyone whatsoever for failing to detect or prevent the release of an announcement that is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, defamatory or otherwise defective.
In addition, Market Announcements and related content may contain embedded hyperlinks to external websites operated by third parties. These websites are not under the control of ASX, and ASX makes no representation or warranty regarding the quality or accuracy of the content on any third party website. Your access and use of a third party website is entirely at your own risk.
ASX does not represent or warrant that Market Announcements or Market Announcement headlines will be made available on the Site promptly after their release by ASX’s Market Announcements Office or at all. Market Announcements that have not been made available on the Site may be made available through external providers.
Market Announcements are freely available for investors’ private and personal use only, and cannot be used for any commercial purpose without the express written authority of ASX. Guests and registered users
In addition to general browsing of the Site, you may also access certain areas of the Site as a guest or registered user. We only permit one registration per email address.
You must keep your password secure and confidential and must not disclose it to any third party. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your password, you must promptly notify us at asx.com.au/contact.
We have the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with these terms of use or any other agreement between us.
Feedback
If you submit feedback or suggestions about our products or services, we may use your feedback or suggestions without obligation to you.
ASX operating rules
The information on the Site is not a substitute for any relevant ASX operating rules, and in the event of any inconsistency between the Site and the operating rules, the operating rules prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Links to third party websites and other resources
The Site contains links to third party websites and other resources provided by third parties. Any such linked sites and resources are not under the control of ASX, and to the extent permitted by law, ASX expressly disclaims any responsibility or legal liability to anyone whatsoever for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive loss or damage caused by or in connection with your access to any linked site or resource, the content of any linked site or resource accessed through the Site, or any subsequent hyperlink contained in that site.
The inclusion of any link on the Site to third party websites and/or resources does not imply any endorsement or approval by ASX of those linked websites or resources or any products, services or information you obtain from them.

You may not link any third party website to any pages of the Site unless we agree in writing.
Malicious software
We use reasonable endeavours to protect the Site from malicious software, however ASX does not provide any warranty or representation that the Site, or any third party websites or resources that may be accessed through links on the Site, are free from malicious software.
To the extent permitted by law, ASX expressly disclaims any responsibility or legal liability to any person for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive loss or damage resulting from the transmission of any malicious software through use of the Site.
Limitation of liability for breach of implied warranty or condition
In the case of goods or services supplied or offered by ASX, liability for breach of any implied warranty or condition which cannot be excluded at law is limited at our option to either the supply of the goods (or equivalent goods) or services again or the payment of the cost of having the goods (or equivalent goods) or services supplied again.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ASX harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees arising out of or in connection with a breach by you of these terms, or arising in connection with your use of the Site, including without limitation the use or reliance by you upon any information provided or omitted from the Site.
Index Values
You agree not to store, reproduce or further distribute the S&P index values that appear on the Site (index values) in any format or by any means, including via the internet or other type of network.
S&P and its affiliates or licensors own the index values and all intellectual property rights to the index values.
S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (S&P) its affiliates, and their respective third party licensors disclaim any and all warranties and representations, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use with respect to the index values, including any information or data contained therein or the results obtained by their use or the performance thereof. None of S&P, its affiliates, or their respective third party licensors guarantees the adequacy, accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the index values or any component thereof or of any communications with respect thereto. None of S&P, its affiliates or their respective third party licensors shall be subject to any damages or liability for any errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in the index values. The index values and all components thereof are provided on an “as is” basis and licensee’s use and licensee’s customers’ use of the index values is at their own risk.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these terms, in no event whatsoever shall S&P, its affiliates or their respective third party licensors be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, trading loss, lost time or goodwill, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise.
Property Indices – CoreLogic RP Data
You must not reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, communicate, distribute or resell the CoreLogic RP Data materials published on the Site whether in whole or in part. CoreLogic does not in any way sponsor, endorse or are otherwise involved in the issue, offering or sale of the CoreLogic RP Data product. CoreLogic makes no recommendations concerning the advisability of investing in the product. CoreLogic disclaims any liability to any party for any inaccuracy in the data on which the product is based, for any mistakes, errors or omissions in the calculation and/or dissemination of the data or for the manner in which it is applied in connection with the issue and offering thereof or in connection with the trading of the product.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we agree that disputes arising from these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales, Australia.
