Investor Portal - clearing your browser cookies

Step 1:

Close all browser instances currently open,

Step 2:

• On your computer, open Chrome.
• At the top right, click More   Settings.
• Click Privacy and security  Cookies and other site data.
• Click See all cookies and site data.
• At the top right, search for the website's name. (in our case asx.com.au)
• To the right of the site, click Remove .

OR

open in 'Incognito mode' (aka “Private Browsing”).

Step 1:

• Open Microsoft Edge  and select Settings and more  > Settings  > Cookies and site permissions > Cookies and site data.
• Select See all cookies and site data.
• Search for the site's cookies you want to remove. (in our case asx.com.au)

To clear your history and cookies:

• go to Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data.
• Clearing your history, cookies and browsing data from Safari won't change your AutoFill information.

To clear your cookies and keep your history

go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data, then tap Remove All Website Data

For other portable devices (like phones, tablets) it may be more difficult to clear the cookies or cached data, so consider consulting device specific instructions where possible.

(eg do a Google search on eg. “how do I clear cookies on Iphone/Ipad xxx”, where xxx is your model)
